Bumble’s Backyard
Membership Agreement
between
You (on behalf of you Pup)
and
Good Dogs, Good People, LLC (dba Bumble’s Backyard)
We are so excited to have you join the pack! Before we can start having fun, we need to agree to a few things to make sure everyone’s happy and we start things off on the right foot.
-
Initial Membership. If you selected an annual membership you are agreeing to an annual membership term of one year (12 months) at a price indicated with the product you selected. If you selected a month pass or day pass you may cancel at any time without penalty.
-
Pups. This membership covers the number of pups associated with the membership tier you selected. Memberships cannot be transferred – each pup is special and unique.
-
Annual Membership Term (applicable only to annual memberships). During this initial term of twelve months, you understand that you cannot cancel your membership. Canceling your membership prior to the completion of the initial term will result in a final invoice calculated as the monthly rate multiplied by the number of months remaining in your initial term.
-
Monthly Payments. To make things easier on you and us, you can choose to be billed monthly for $[monthly rate] (1/12 the annual rate). Good news – we don’t believe in silly penalties, so there’s no additional cost for this option.
-
Additional Pups. If you pack grows, we are here for it. Additional pups can be added to any membership at the then-current rate for additional pups.
-
Humans are Free. We love humans too! There is no charge for humans to enter Bumble’s Backyard, with or without a pup. Just sign the liability waiver and you are good to go!
-
The Nassau Clause. We love all animals, but Bumble’s Backyard is a place specifically designed for good dogs and good people. So, while all furry and non-furry animals are loved, only pups and people are allowed in the Backyard.
-
Early Termination (applicable only to annual memberships). Canceling your membership prior to the completion of the initial term will result in a final invoice calculated as the monthly rate multiplied by the number of months remaining in your initial term. If circumstances outside of your control cause you cancellation please reach out to management for assistance.
-
-
Ongoing Membership. We want you to stick around longer! After the initial Term, you agree to be billed on a monthly basis for ongoing monthly membership. In exchange, we agree to keep your membership going at your initial rate for as long as you’re a member of Bumble’s Backyard.
-
Oops, I’m back! If you regret leaving and decide to come back, there will be absolutely no hard feelings. There might, however, be a change in your membership rate – we can only guarantee your rate as long as you stick with this contract. Don’t disappoint your dog by canceling and lose that great deal!
-
-
Payments. We accept (almost) all forms of payment – just ask and we’ll see what we can do. If you are using monthly payments, we do require you to sign up for autopay so we make sure your membership is not interrupted.
-
Late Payments. Every now and then, something goes wrong. We get it. If we have not received your payment, you will be required to make payment (including any back balances) before bringing your pup into the park.
-
Notifications. We will do our best to remind you to make a payment when we haven’t received your payment. If we forget, or you don’t receive our notes, though, that’s no excuse – you agree that it’s your responsibility to remember (we’re sure your pup will remind you).
-
Payment Method Changes. If you have any updates to your preferred payment method, let us know as soon as possible so your pup doesn’t miss a beat.
-
Too Late. If you fail to pay for your monthly membership for three months, you are absolutely welcome back but will have to re-join the pack at the rate applicable at that time.
-
-
Follow the Rules. By joining the pack, you agree (on behalf of you and your pup(s)) to abide by all rules, policies, and requirements of Bumble’s Backyard. These may be updated from time to time and will be available to you at all times if you have questions. The basic rules are as follows:
