Get Ready For
Your First Visit

Safety for pups and humans is our top priority, so there are a few steps you'll need to take to make sure your pup is ready to visit.

STEP 1: Make sure your pup meets our requirements

All dogs must have up-to-date Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccines.

Dogs must be spayed or neutered if they are one year old or older.

STEP 2: Register online

Create a profile for you and your pup on Gingr, our membership platform.

Once your profile is set up, you can upload your dog's vaccine records.

Join the Pack!

Or download the Gingr app on mobile and use

the code 178826 to join Bumble's Backyard.

STEP 3: Check in at the park

We don't require or accept reservations. You can arrive any time we're open and purchase a day pass or membership.

After you check in, we'll send you and your dog to do a quick temperament test with one of our Barktenders.

After that, your pup will be all set to play!

How much does it cost to visit?

The good news is, humans are always free! Your dog(s) pay the cover.

You can fetch a day pass for your first visit, and if you and your pup love Bumble's Backyard, check out our month pass and annual membership options.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

$8 per dog

($3 for each extra dog)

Friday/Saturday/Sunday

$15 per dog

($5 for each extra dog)

Rules for Humans

No children under the age of 14. Babies that are young enough to be held during your visit are allowed. No strollers.
No dog toys, treats, or human food.
No outside drinks (except water).
Do not leave the off-leash area without your dog.
No leashing within the park.
No smoking.
Please clean up after your pup if you see them doing their business; we provide poop bags. Our Barktenders are happy to clean up any missed messes to maintain a sanitary park.

A Few Final Tips

Bumble's Backyard is a completely outdoor park, so be sure to dress for the weather!
We have a small parking lot with two handicapped spots. If the parking lot fills up, you can park for free nearby on Hopkins Ave, the street next to the park.

Gingr Setup Support & FAQs

First, click the "Join the Pack" button on this webpage. You'll be directed to our membership portal, Gingr. Click "Sign Up" if you've never created an account with us before.

Click "Reset Password" if a staff member at Bumble's Backyard helped you set up your account. Use the email you provided to the staff member to sign in and create a new password.

If you are signing up for the first time, you will fill out a form asking for your information and a form asking for your dog's information. Note: The owner form asks for a debit/credit card entry. This is required by our system; you will not be charged for anything unless you buy a day pass or membership.

If you had a partially created account and are logging in for the first time, please fill in the missing information on the owner and dog forms by going to "Account" and then "Manage Profiles."

Once you have gotten into the portal, you can upload vaccine records for your pup. We require pups to be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Please make sure the records show the expiration dates for the vaccines, not just the day your pup received the vaccines.

To upload vaccine records, go to "Account" and then "Upload Records." You can upload an image or a PDF.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your dog's profile will still say that they have expired vaccines after you upload their files. This is because a staff member has to review the files you uploaded and manually enter the expiration dates for your dog's vaccines. If your dog's vaccines haven't been updated by the time you visit, we will review them at the check-in window. As long as you have uploaded vet records with the correct vaccines, your pup will be all set to play.

Now it's time to purchase a day pass, month pass, or annual membership for your pup! Head to the "Shop" section of your Gingr account. Then, click "Shop Packages" if you want to buy a day pass or "Shop Subscriptions" if you want to buy a month pass. We are also happy to sell you a pass or membership at the check-in window at Bumble's Backyard if you don't want to buy one in Gingr. If you purchase a day pass, make sure you buy the correct option for the number of dogs you have and the day of the week you want to come visit. IMPORTANT NOTE: You can also buy passes/memberships when you arrive at the park instead of using Gingr.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have used Gingr for dog daycares or groomers, you may have used the "Book" section to schedule an appointment. We do not use the "Book" page; head to the "Shop" page to make a purchase. If you buy a day pass, it is good until you come visit. You won't need to schedule a specific day/time to use your day pass.
