Frequently asked questions
You do not have to book a specific day or time to bring your dog to Bumble's Backyard; you can arrive anytime we are open and purchase a day pass. The pass is good for that day for as long as you choose to stay.
We are unable to turn off the booking section in Gingr even though we don't use it. Please head to the "Shop" section and go to "Shop Packages" to buy a day pass or "Shop Subscriptions" to buy a month pass or annual membership.
You are also more than welcome to buy a pass or membership when you check in at the park!
Once you upload your dog's vaccine records in Gingr (whether they are photos, PDFs, etc), they live in your dog's profile until one of our staff members logs into Gingr, views the files, and manually enters the vaccine expiration dates into your dog's account. Entering the dates into your dog's account is what marks them as approved; until we do that, they will say they are expired. We go through and approve vaccines nearly every day, but there's a chance that we won't look over your dog's vaccines before your visit.
Don't worry if your dog's vaccines aren't approved before you visit! As long as you have uploaded records with the updated vaccines we require (Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper), your pup will be all set to play. When you check in for your first visit, the staff member checking you in will look over the records to make sure they're good to go.
Click the "Account" button in the menu.
Click "Manage Profiles."
Underneath both your profile and your pet's, there will be a button that says "Edit."
The info you can edit on your profile includes:
First and last name
Email
Phone number

Additional notes
First, it's helpful to have your card information in Gingr if you would like to buy a day pass or membership in Gingr before you visit.
If you choose to buy a pass when you arrive, the process is very quick and simple if we already have your card on file. We do not have a card reader associated with Gingr, so if we need to charge your card for a day pass we will have to type in your card information anyways.
You can pay for a day pass in cash or with Apple Pay if you prefer; we just use a different system to process the payment since we don't have a card reader or cash register associated with Gingr.
You don't need to sign up for Gingr before you arrive for your first visit. The most important thing we need from you when you arrive for your first visit is your dog's vet records verifying they have updated Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies vaccines.
If you choose not to create a Gingr account on your own, we will quickly create one for you and your dog when you check in. You'll get an email from Gingr after we create the account with the option to log into your profile. You'll use the email you provided us at the park and there will be an option to set a password for your account.
